That is why we proudly offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all of our instruments. The purchaser must pay the shipping both ways when returning an item, and also must contact us to arrange the return within the 14 days of receiving their item.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition, it was shipped from our store.
